Bed and Breakfast:
From £50 - £80 per room for twin/double. Single occupancy from £30 - £50 per room

Rates per room per night

All rooms have en-suite facilities, central heating, flat screen TV with built-in freeview, direct dial telephones and full hospitality tray.

All rooms are Non Smoking.
The price shown includes a full hearty English Breakfast
£5.00 per dog per night available for certain rooms.

Reservations
A deposit of £30 per person is required at time of booking, or within 7 days if paying by check.
This serves to confirm your reservation

Cancellations
The following applies if we are unable to re-let your room.
All cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to due arrival, or failure to arrive without prior notification, will incur a fee of the total reservation made unless the room is re-let. All cancellations must be made in writing/email
All bookings are accepted on the basis that these conditions are understood and accepted.
